The expressions are either simple or compound. A simple expression consists of one term, as 7a is known as monomials. A compound expression consists of two or more terms. Solution: - The monomial expression 64 a 6 b4c3 is to be factorized. In the term 64 a 6 b4c3, the number 64 is to be factorized into the prime factors. The prime factor of 64 is the multiplication of 2. The factors of the monomial term 64 a 6 b4c3 is given below.

Example: - Let us factorize the monomial expression 18 x3 y4z2.
Solution: - The monomial expression 18 x3 y4z2 is to be factorized. In the term 18 x3 y4z2, the number 18 is to be factorized into the prime factors. The prime factor of 18 is the multiplication of 2, 3 and 3. The factors of the monomial term 18 x3 y4z2 are given below.
